We keep bank boards of directors abreast of their duties and responsibilities in the rapidly changing financial services industry while also providing a convenient, cost effective method for bank board certification. On our community bank director training agendas are the latest industry developments, strategic plans, risk management, compensation, legal issues and economic updates. The Assemblies for Bank Directors complement senior managements' efforts to manage their financial institutions strategic objectives.

The Certified Community Bank Director's (CCBD) Program. The CCBD program will provide participants a Certified Director designation. This certification for bank board members has resonated with community bank boards and regulators throughout the United States.

The Workshops for Bank Directors complement the Assemblies for Bank Directors and the Certified Community Bank Director (CCBD) certification. The Workshops allow directors to dig a little deeper into current "hot" issues. Since Workshop topics are constantly updated, directors can participate regularly. The Workshops meet the CCBD certification requirements for additional training or re-certification.
